Mamacona is a Peruvian restaurant born from the reunion of three friends with the mission of offering residents and tourists in Mallorca an exceptional culinary experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Erik Henriod, of Peruvian-German origin, we blend the rich tradition of Peruvian cuisine with haute cuisine techniques, creating unique and memorable dishes.
